The FARA Ambassador Program presents an FA Hangout talking about: How you stay healthy! Lake and Brittany are leading the discussion. Do you exercise? What do you eat? Let's talk!

When: Tuesday, March 24th and Wednesday, March 25th at 8-9:30 PM EST (Hangouts will be the last consecutive Tuesday and Wednesday of the month, except on holidays and the like) at 8-9:30 PM EST

How: Email fahangouts@gmail.com to sign up or ask questions. FA Hangouts do fill up. It is first-come, first-served. So, the earlier you sign up, the more likely you are to get the date and time you want. Lately, all our hangouts have been filling up. If you signed up and can't make it, please let us know so we can give the slot to someone else.

Join the FARA Ambassadors for a hangout for teenagers, 13-19, with ataxia (of any form). FA Teen Hangouts are hour-long web-based hangouts. If you don't have ataxia, you are not allowed to participate in the hangout. This is simply a place to meet and talk to other people who may going through struggles and good times similar to you. There will also be at least three adult FARA Ambassadors present. The adults will be there to help keep the conversation safe and going. February's hangout will be led by FARA Ambassador Michelle Huebner.

In honor of Valentine's Day, let's talk about relationships! How does FA affect your relationships? Let's talk! This Hangout will be led by ambassadors Morgan L and RJ.

When: Tuesday, February 25th & Wednesday 26th at 8-9:30 pm EST. Hangouts will be held on the last consecutive Tuesday and Wednesday of the month (except for holidays and the like) at 8-9:30 pm EST each of the two days.

The theme: The special bond between animals and pets and owner with ataxia! Do you have a pet? Maybe you want one. Does your pet care that you have ataxia? Does your pet help you through a long day? Is it hard to take care of your pet? Join us to talk or just listen. We are sure you'll find you aren't alone! It is just a relaxed conversation...the theme gets us going, but we definitely don't stick to it!
